Hi, I'm Chris
Data Analyst | Avid Reader | Outdoor Enthusiast
Trying to make sense of the world
Come with me on my journey
Here's a little about me
I majored in Mathematics/Statistics and Biology at Washington University in St. Louis
I originally wanted pursue my interests in STEM through medicine, but I found it more interesting to do it in tech
In my free time, I love exploring the outdoors
I got very into fishing during the pandemic, and even started a Youtube channel
I'm also training for my first marathon
If I'm not outside, then I love reading a book indoors. Give me recs!
Here's some of what I've worked on
Understanding the Factors that Affect Quality of Life in the Bay Area
I applied linear regression and multivariate modeling to develop an equation to weigh variables that affect the housing cost in the Bay Area
Burkholderia Vietnamiensis PDB 5IDX and 5IDY Research
I used the PyMol systems software to analyze the gram-resistant bacteria Burkholderia Vietnamiensis and submitted a research paper describing the structure and function of the previously understudied protein.
A Mathematical Model of Bone-Calcium Regulation
I employed differential equations and systems biology to create a mathematical model to analyze the stability and fluctuations in the plasma calcium regulatory network.
